It’s a weekend of anniversaries! Grab your driving shoes and join us as we retrace our steps at this year’s Long Beach Grand Prix. 50 years of this iconic race and the first piece of coverage we brought to you in 2024. This Sunday, April 20th is also the one year mark from the birth of Jumoke Media. We’d love for you to reach out and share your favorite moments so far. Tell us what you’d like to see in year two and the remainder of 2025! While we know we still have a long road ahead, we couldn’t have made it this far without the support of each and every one of you - thank you!
And if you don’t want to reach out, then enjoy this week’s somewhat irregular content. We’re placing you in the thick of the mud at: our favorite local cafe, Strad Pizza’s grand opening, and as previously mentioned - the Long Beach Grand Prix! Don’t forget the list at the bottom to know what to plan for over the next few days.

Fourtillfour
A laid-back Saturday morning seems to have been the message this weekend. The Old Town cafe rewound the clock and gave everyone the opportunity to catch up with friends, family, and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Strad Pizza Grand Opening
Did you miss out on Saturday night’s madness? Were you stuck in the crowd with a bad view? No worries - we’ve got you covered. Step into the middle of the moshpit and see just what went down. With the grandest of entrances, The Stradman himself rolled in with a rally of heavy-hitting hypercars and supercars. The self-claimed “best pizza in Scottsdale” had thousands of people lined up and wanting to make their way into the parlor. The large crowd rummaged through his merch booth and swarmed James for a quick photo. If you didn’t get the chance already, then stop by for a slice of their New York style pizza, soft serve cones, and more!

Crystal Cove Cars and Coffee
A surprise saturday morning as we discovered a small cars and coffee at our favorite location. The wide variety of vintage and modern reminded us of the laid-back early days of Fourtillfour.

Long Beach GP
Long Beach held the hearts of racing fans this past weekend. The #1 street race in America and the single largest event in the entire city, the 50th anniversary was one for the history books. The latest round of the IMSA Weathertech SportsCar Championship had fans on the edge of their seats as the cars soared through the coastal air. On only its third start, the Aston Martin Valkyrie stole the crowd and left the race with their best finish to date. This made back-to-back top 10 finishes for the Aston Martin (THOR) Team as they continue preparation for their debut at the grueling 24 Hour of Le Mans this June. Keep an eye out later this week for a more in-depth coverage of our team’s reunion to Long Beach.

Making art and showing our perspective to the world is far more than a job, but a deep passion. We are just as grateful for the car owners at the weekend cars & coffee events, as any inquiries you send. The media allows us to constantly reminisce of peaceful, petrol-filled mornings. We hope that you can join us and see where the road leads.
